We're finally here & have updated the blog with some of our weddings the past 6 months... whoops, has it really been that long!
Yes, we haven't blogged this half of the year, because we have had a very busy year, with 32 gorgeous wedding clients & 32 more beautiful albums are now been proudly displayed & enjoyed.
I have also been busy with the 1st year of Studio Bella Rouge Vintage Boudoir Portraits. A hit I must say, from a little idea I had last October. Have a look at my website.
Brad & I were also married in October at Royal Pines What an incredible experience for us, after 13 years together. We now know what our clients go through on the day & the leadup to... and afterwards when it's all over & you are looking forward to seeing your photos & video.
We have the most wonderful video highlight by MotionArt Geoff asked a good friend of his from No Limit Pictures to collabarate with him. The sneak peak highlights of the day is so special, a real tear jerker & we can't thank Geoff & Daniel enough.
Our celebrant Clarah Luxford was so wonderful too. I really enjoyed our ceremony, poor Brad was a bit emotional & a little anxious about that part, but we made it through, with Clarah close by. She is truly a lovely, natural person.
Ann, Jordana & Nicole from Strictly Bridal were totally awsome too. The Couture, another big importance of the day & the lead up with all the fittings & styling required. Every visit was fun & was a really enjoyable experience for me.
I just loved my beautiful Maggie Sottero gown, thank you girls.
My hair style was the 'star of the show' everyone is talking about it! Jaclyn from Allure Professional Hair & Makeup designed the creation. A M A Z I N G! Wow Jaclyn, you are a clever girl.
My good friend Kerryn & bridesmaid, did my gorgeous makeup & of course is owner & makeup extraordinare of Allure... what better two people could have been there to perfect the look & make me feel very special.
Flash Function Photo Booth was also a surprise favourite part of the day. So much fun & entertainment for everyone & you get to take a wonderful momento, which are the funniest photos we have seen of our friends & family behaving silly, as you do in a photo booth. Awsome idea!
We used Kyla from Divine Wedding Flowers, amazing bouquets, that made me cry when I saw how gorgeous they were. You can only imagine, then when you see them, wow. I love flowers!
And to finish off the day we had the boys from Sex & Chocolate help us dance the night away. Everyone is talking about how good the band was & we are really happy we went the extra mile & hired fabulous live entertainment. Made the night!
We also had the most amazing pre wedding honeymoon in back in May.
A month long travel around the most iconic places in Italy & a few little hideaway places in Tuscany that were to die for.
We are also off for two weeks this Christmas to spend the holidays in Queens Town New Zealand.
We feel very spoilded this year, an amazing Italian adventure & a beautiful wedding & another gorgeous holiday to top it all off.
We have been priveledged this year to experience exactly how all our wedding clients feel. The emotions & excitment of your Wedding Day & your honeymoon.
We looking very forward to capturing the weddings of all our clients in 2011.
